Hemos perdido a un gran creador de la imagen, gran maestro del cine, gran maestro del plano secuencia, de una mirada aguda, reflexiva, detallista…
Theo Angelopoulos, escrutaba el espacio con grandes planos secuencia que coronaba con una banda sonora cuidada hasta el último acorde, y nos hacía emocionar, reflexionar, enamorar del cine…
Las bandas sonoras de sus películas las confiaba a su gran amiga compositora, Eleni Karendrú, quien supo darle identidad a sus filmes.-

On November 18th I arrived to Tallinn, Estonia, to be a member of the FICC jury at Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival. I was met in the airport by the FICC jury hostess for the festival. After settling in at Nordic Hotel Forum, the official festival hotel, a lunch with some other jury members from other juries and a short sightseeing walk in Tallinn’s old town, it was time for the opening ceremony.

Como parte de la celebración de los 15 años de presentaciones, Pulpmovies trae en este 2011 la quinta versión de nuestra muestra de cine independiente, una muestra dispuesta a ustedes con más corazón que recursos, más no ahorramos esfuerzos en su calidad, realizada gracias a compañeros cineclubistas, festivales amigos, realizadores bondadosos y algunas instituciones compinches, Es un evento en pro de ese cine invisible sin ínfulas de festival esnobista, cocteles, invitados inútiles y mucho menos tapetes rojos.

The history and the tradition, alongside the aesthetic vanguards and a mixture of cultures, languages and thoughts.
