The British Federation of Film Societies (BFFS) has announced its 2007 National Conference for Film Societies and Community Cinemas as 1 December 2007.

The only national event dedicated to the needs and interests of Film Societies and Community Cinemas will be held at the Showroom Cinema in Sheffield and will include:

· facilitated networking
· training and information sessions
· screenings of hard-to-access titles that have had limited exposure in the UK - available to community groups from 2008
